The secret isn't actually all that mysterious: in addition to a kitchen team with passion & creativity & know-how, the most important thing is fresh ingredients - preferably from regional suppliers that you trust. Our smoked trout comes from the Kinzig valley, the game from the surrounding forests, the breakfast eggs from the Koberhof in Loßburg, apples and strawberries from Oberkirch and our sausages from the award-winning Widmeier butcher's shop in Glatten.
