We are delighted to give you a first glimpse of one of the most exciting projects in our hotel’s future. Work is already underway to create a brand-new space dedicated to relaxation and wellbeing.

Spanning around 1,400 m², our completely new and spacious spa and wellness area will be a place to switch off, unwind and simply feel good. The opening is planned for autumn 2027.

Pools, Saunas & Relaxation Areas

Water & Warmth

Look forward to a brand-new indoor pool and a 16-metre-long outdoor pool with whirlpool. A diverse sauna area awaits you, featuring a 90°C panoramic sauna, a soothing clay sauna at around 70°C, a steam bath and a thermium.

A spacious two-storey relaxation area offers plenty of room to unwind and retreat. Leave everyday life behind for a while, slow down and recharge your batteries.

Beauty & Wellness Treatments

Massages, beauty treatments and other wellness experiences will also have a brand-new setting. A spacious, newly designed beauty and treatment area is being created. Look forward to:

Relax & Unwind – Even During Construction

As excited as we are about what’s to come, we also want to keep you fully informed about the upcoming construction phase. For the development and management of the project, we have an experienced partner at our side: Eleven Development GmbH from Neu-Ulm. Thanks to careful planning and close coordination of the individual construction phases, we expect the project to take just 12 to 15 months – a pleasantly short timeframe for a project of this scale.

Construction is scheduled to begin in early September 2026. The opening of our new spa is planned for autumn 2027.

Construction Separate from the Hotel

Our new spa is being built as a standalone extension completely separate from the existing hotel building. It will only be connected to the existing hotel once construction is complete. This means that the construction work will take place separately from the ongoing hotel and wellness operations.

For your stay, this means:

All of our existing facilities will remain fully available throughout the entire construction period.
This includes both the hotel and restaurant as well as our current spa and wellness facilities.

Designed with Your Peace and Comfort in Mind

Thanks to the separate location of the construction site, we expect only minimal disruption. However, occasional noise cannot be completely avoided during a project of this scale – for example, from construction vehicles or certain outdoor works. We will carefully plan and coordinate the construction work with the greatest possible consideration for our guests, ensuring that your peace and relaxation are disturbed as little as possible.

So, enjoy our hotel and current wellness facilities just as you normally would. At the same time, you can watch a brand-new place of wellbeing take shape, ready to welcome you on your future getaways. We are already looking forward to welcoming you to our new spa!
